WHAT IS THE CUTOFF TIME FOR SAME-DAY SHIPPING?
IS THE FLAT RATE SHIPPING OPTION PER ITEM, PER BOX, PER ORDER OR PER SHIPMENT
The flat rate charges of $9.95 (BWAY), $11.95 (GPROMO), $19.95 (2PROMO) or $49.95 (OPROMO) are per shipment. If you select an order to ship complete, you will be charged one time. If you select ship partial, then you will be charged once for ground and the order is split from both warehouses. WHAT IS SHIP COMPLETE?
If you choose the Ship Complete option your order will not ship until all products are in stock. If you DO NOT choose the Ship Complete option MGM will ship the products we have in stock and backorder any other products. MGM will then ship the backordered products as they become available.
DOES MGM OFFER FLAT-RATE SHIPPING?

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
MGM offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. For most items, customers can obtain an RMA number and process their return using the website. Customers may also obtain an RMA number by sending an email to support@mgmelectronics.com or by calling 816-500-2550 (Option 1 for Customer Service). Be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.HOW DO I GET AN RMA TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
